Billing & Payment

  • • Billing occurs automatically on your subscription renewal date
  • • All fees are in AUD unless otherwise specified
  • • Payments are processed through Polar.sh, our third-party payment processor

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • • Illegal or fraudulent activity
  • • Threats to service security or integrity
